We are a community oriented Martial Arts Centre that provides the highest quality instruction for Muay Thai kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, boxing, submission grappling, modern ju jutsu and wrestling. Fraser's Kickboxing provides a safe and inclusive atmosphere for both women and men where you can accomplish your goals.

At Fraser's, we believe that quality instruction makes all the difference. An instructor must have more than technical skills to teach a class. Every one of our instructors goes through an intensive training program that teaches them how to teach safely and effectively in order to attain the best results for our students.

This is accomplished through advanced instructor training and innovative programming resulting in the development of skilled successful students of excellent character.
Fraser's provides an awesome experience. Being in my mid thirties with no previous martial arts training, I was nervous about trying kickboxing. One visit changed all that. The trainers and other students have made learning new skills and getting back in shape so much fun that I truly look forward to every class!
Our Muay Thai program builds on the Essentials program by adding realistic partner drills, clinch work and sparring. Whether you want to be a future UFC champion, or are just looking to learn a challenging martial art, this class is for you. This is a controlled, light contact class. Safety and learning are the top priorities.
This program is for everyone! Kickboxing Essentials will provide you with high quality instruction for all the key punches, kicks, and footwork of kickboxing. This is a non-contact class that uses training aids such as focus mits, thai pads, and heavybags to give you an incredible workout. Attain top level fitness and learn valuable self-defence skills at the same time, but most importantly - HAVE FUN.
BJJ, "the gentle art", is a martial art that focuses on grappling techniques. BJJ uses a series of leverages, and techniques to allow a smaller person to defend him/herself against a larger, stronger opponent. It is excellent for self-defence for this very reason. It has been a staple for many fighters, and is most widely known for its effectiveness highlighted in MMA (mixed martial arts) competition, most notably in the UFC.
