Heather's professional insurance career started in 2003 with Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company as a telephone adjuster handling a variety of residential and commercial property and casualty claims and negotiating settlements.
In 2005 Heather obtained her Chartered Insurance Professional designation. John started his lengthy insurance career in Kingston, Ontario in 1969 following in the path of his Father and Grandfather. John currently holds his CIP designation and has been certified as an Advanced Fire Claims Investigator.
