Tim was the most amazing staff member there. I mean i don't know how he does it but he just seams to know what your thinking.
On a more serious note. These guys and gals do tires... and they also do tires. At some point you have to become expert at it and they are! They did an amazing job replacong my tires and although they did not have them in used they offered free installation for an easy job. Some customers showed up with a flat without an appointment and they still managed to help them out in between jobs.
