Your vehicle's axle, CV joint, and driveshaft components are integral to the performance and drivability of your vehicle. Front-wheel drive vehicles use CV joints on the front axles. CV joints allow the axle to bend and change while accommodating the bounce of the wheels. The axle bears the weight of the vehicle while also being strong enough to sustain the forces from braking and accelerating.
Your vehicle's belts and hoses are involved in processes within the cooling system, air conditioning system, charging system, and engine. These belts and hoses play crucial roles in functional operations inside your vehicle. The heater hose and radiator hose carry liquid coolant to and from the engine, radiator, and heater core.
Every vehicle built since 1996 has been equipped with an On-Board Diagnostics System that monitors engine performance. Discrepancies in performance levels are reported through your vehicle's computer system. Once the "check engine" or "service engine" light is displayed, your next step should be to seek out an engine diagnostic service or an engine tune-up.
An oil change and filter replacement is one of many preventative maintenance services that help promote maximum vehicle performance while extending the life of your vehicle. Oil is responsible for lubricating the working components inside your vehicle's engine while reducing the amount of friction between them.

Had a set of tires installed and they carved up two of my rims, when I confronted them they insisted the obvious fresh gouging ( reddish paint still in some of the scrapes ) was like that before! I take great… care of my vehicle and cad just washed it the day before the install and 100% was not there before!! Disappointed they wouldn’t own up to it and make it right!

I had 4 tires balanced a few weeks ago. Right away I noticed there was still an issue but they were closed when I went back. Within the first week the weights fell off 2 of the tires. I lost my receipt and the shop was closed again Saturday after lunch so I went to Canadian Tire and got them to re-balance the 2 tires. The ride was better but still not right. It appears that Friendly City Tire balanced one of my tires even though it was on a bent rim. Maybe this service shop only wants to do big jobs and can't be bothered with simple balancing, hard to say. I now wish they would have just told me

Friendly? Ha. Not from my experience. Whoever answered the phone when I called about seeing to get ONE tire repaired THE NEXT DAY, they said AS SOON AS I ASKED "I dont have time!" To which I replied "I know you close in 30 minutes.. but could I drop it off so you could repair it tomorrow?" To which was responded with "no, we're busy." So if you claim to be "Friendly", my suggestion may be you firstly have friendly customer service. Poor for business if you're claiming to be friendly with terrible customer service. 🤷♀️

On my way home from lunch I realized my tire was almost completely flat and commuting everyday I knew I needed it fixed asap! Nathan was the only one in the shop at the time and saw my panic and assured me they would figure out something for me and that he did in less than an hour! Couldn't have been happier with the service he provided for me! Super grateful for good people like him and the staff at Friendly City Tire! THANK YOU

This place has been amazing over the years. They are my go to spot for any tire issue I've had. They are quick and efficient. They are extremely helpful. They've even allowed me in the bay to show me what's going on first hand with my tire. They have good customer service, and take care of you quickly. I've been surprised on more then one occasion with their speedy service. They know their stuff and can get you back on the road in no time. It's greatly appreciated. I honestly think it's because they love what they do. I'll go here again and recommend them to anyone. Great stuff!

Knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue with my brake installation. I called them and they got me in right away and fixed the issue at no charge. I liked that.
The mechanics have 40 and 20 years of experience respectively.
The showroom is clean and inviting with good magazines and coffee and TV. A window into the shop lets you see everything going on.
