The office was clean, the staff friendly and the children's play area was loaded. Vicki, Dr. Kevin's assistant, made my 2 year old daughter feel comfortable and safe for her very first trip to the dentist. Dr. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great experience overall and will be returning for further appointments. I reccomend.

My scheduled appointment were always rescheduled. The first one was booked 6 months prior and is scheduled on last first week of october 2018 but then moved to wait for two months more (December of 2018). When asked Dr. Goos did not gave a proper reply but redirected the question on me saying do you know what will happen to you in the future. She never gave me an answer why my schedule was moved. Today I received a phone call again that my schedule on January is moved to January 21, 2018. When asked why she just answered that Dr. Goos is not working that day. I think I am very lucky in my scheduled

Dr. David Saganski is the best dentist.
I had a really bad toothache over 1 month. I saw 4 different doctors already. They said they don't know why it hurts like that. They tried filling and told me that it's too deep and you need a root canal. I got a quote of $2000.
I booked an appointment for extraction because the root canal is too expensive. Dr. David Saganski reviewed my case and explain where the pain come from. He spent 40min to fix the previous filling and the pain disappeared.
Nowadays, many doctors gave treatment by the cost. He shows the meaning of being a dentist

Horrible customer service! The "managers" are always on vacation or out of the office. If they're in the office they don't talk to you on the phone. If you make an appointment for them to call you on a specific day and time they don't follow through. The secretaries are unaware of anything, they don't know the answers to any questions and give you the run around. I need to find out who the owner is because I want to make a complaint about the managers and the staff. The managers avoid customer calls, and avoid talking to customers who come in to talk to them.
