Born and raised in Edmonton, Dr. Dhaliwal graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry with Cum Laude Honors and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Visual Science.

At Dr. Sam Dhaliwal and Associates, we strive to use latest diagnostic tools and treatments in order to provide the best eye care possible to our patients. By utilizing the latest technology, our optometrists are able to diagnose eye conditions and diseases at the earliest stages possible when they are most easily managed and treated.

Comprehensive Eye Exams Report

The Alberta Association of Optometrists (AAO) recommends that healthy adults have their eyes examined every year. Taking care of your overall health also means yearly visits to your Optometrist for a comprehensive eye exam. Annual exams are important regardless of your age or physical health, as having good vision doesn't mean your eyes are healthy.

Child/Pediatric Eye Exams Report

You may be wondering if your child really needs and eye exam or if it is something that can wait until they expressed having vision problems. Many vision issues and eye health problems don't have signs and symptoms, your child may not even be aware that they are having issues with their vision and they believe what they are seeing is normal.

I think the 2nd floor WEM Lens Crafters is the best optometrist place in Edmonton. Leading edge technology, awesome Doctors and staff. Plus very very efficient.

I'm sure alot of folks have had a good experience here , However I was not as fortunate after my exam I was given two prescriptions what my eye sight might be .
Now I'm seeking another Optometrist to find out which one is which , best part is it won't be cover under insurance . Since I already used my bi yearly coverage.
Thank-You West Edmonton Eye Care for the sub-standard service.

We always have a good experience. They take the time educate you on your vision and why you see they way you do. They are very patient when teaching children how to put in/ take out contacts. Virgina and staff make sure everything is perfect before we leave!!

I felt very comfortable with the precautions taken due to COVID-19. The equipment was disinfected prior to it being used in front of you. Very professional staff.
