Experienced in all areas of litigation, Iain has proudly served clients in southern Ontario for over 25 years. Iain's practice is particularly focused on criminal law, human rights, civil litigation, and municipal litigation. Iain has extensive trial experience and regularly advocates before the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice throughout all of southern Ontario.
Kevin is experienced in all aspects of family law. He works in a confidential and respectful manner to resolve family legal issues involving divorce and all related concerns, including custody, access, property division, child support and spousal support. He is experienced in joint family ventures and all types of domestic contracts, including separation agreements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.
Steven primarily practices family law on behalf of spouses, including in child protection and child abduction matters. Steven offers additional experience in estate litigation and civil litigation matters. Steven has represented clients, as well as in the past as a court-appointed children's lawyer, at every level of court throughout the GTA and all regions of Ontario, as well as in the Supreme Court of Canada.
Morgan represents clients in courtrooms throughout Ontario in matters of criminal defence, litigation, and advocacy. Morgan also advises clients in matters of estate planning and contract law. Morgan believes in the benefits of courtroom experience, as it allows counsel to understand mistakes others have made, and helps to avoid making these same mistakes in the future.

Dealt with Iain Donnell himself. While I believe deep (deep) down inside he was once a decent human being, it’s clear that his years of practicing law have distorted his moral compass. He’s now all about making money off you, rather than doing what is ethical and right.

Sometimes you just get lucky and find the right person to fight for you almost by accident. I found Rose without knowing anything about her and we just clicked from our first conversation. First and foremost, my experience will Donnell Law Group is with their criminal defense lawyers. If you are facing charges of any kind, GO ELSEWHERE.
From the ridiculous rates they charge to the incompetence of the lawyers, you'd be better off representing yourself. I could have gotten the same result without spending in excess of 20k. What was supposed to be a speedy trial and a relatively easy win, was drawn out over 2 years. There were countless unnecessary meetings, and when my verdict was read my lawyer wasnt even in the courthouse.

I have had a good experience, with the Donnell Law Group in the past, and recently. with an estate litigation issue.
I have been consulting with Jonathan Friedman on a family estate litigation issue, for several months.
