They not only help you schedule appointments at your preferred time, but they also do their best to answer your dental-related questions.
Cosmetic dentistry can help if you feel self-conscious about your teeth and cover your mouth when you smile, speak, or laugh. Always a pleasant appointment, I have a new hygienist, Monica, she is excellent, explains stuff that is going on in my mouth. After a cleaning, she suggests different “tools” for cleaning pockets and in between teeth. I enjoy her sense of humour. She has pleasantly adapted to my personality. Thank you Aqua Dental Winnipeg for looking after my teeth for many years and I mean many.

First time coming here after a few years since my last cleaning and I was very pleased with my experience! My hygenist Shannon was awesome, super friendly and easy to talk to, and great technique! Barely any pain and checked in with me lots to make sure I was comfortable, no judgement about it having been a while since I’ve been, totally eased my anxiety. Dr. Swanlund and the receptionists were very pleasant to deal with as well, I would definitely recommend anyone to come here! Also got a cute little gift bag after my appointment which was a nice touch :)

I went for a cleaning of my teeth. The hygienist (Amanda) was very professional both in her effective an friendly manners and communication and her cleaning skills. The cleaning went with no pain or discomfort at all. She knows how to do her job without inflicting any pain on the client. This is particularly important for us as clients. Also, in my case I was with limited time, and she accommodated the duration of the cleaning procedure to my schedule. At the end of the session, Amanda told me to expect some discomfort, that it is usual after a cleaning. However, and again, I did not experience

Wonderful professionals who are so mindful of the patients feelings and experience. They are very sweet people who make sure you are comfortable. Atmosphere is clean, organized and welcoming. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences since coming here , where as the dentist used to be a scary place where I was treated poorly. I was introduced to Aqua Dental by my daughter. Since then, I have been seeing Dr Tom Swanlund.
What I like most about him is that he listens to what I want, he recommends the procedure that suits my budget as well as my comfort level.
I really like when he takes the time to explain things to me, this reduces my anxiety.
My recent visit was very stress free and comfortable.
His assistant was very pleasant, friendly and surely went the extra mile to explain the whole X-ray process.

The kind folks over at Aqua Dental are very understanding and accommodating towards nervous dental patients like myself. I had a few bad experiences with a previous dentist at a different clinic but Dr Swanlund's team has really helped me come a long way with feeling comfortable at the dentist again. They take the time to listen to your concerns and will answer your questions in an encouraging manner. From their helpful receptionists to the skillful dental team, Aqua Dental is a great option if you're avoiding dental work due to anxiety.
