Absolutely terrible service. Renewed my policy without me even asking them to do so on a property I don't even live at anymore. Argued with me on the phone trying to tell me it was my fault instead of owning up to their mistake and reimbursing me.
Took several months to actually cancel the policy and correct the situation. Do yourself a favour and go to any other insurance company than this one.
