I had a consultation with Mr. Fernandez and was not impressed from the get go. I scheduled my appointment for a time for a reason and he calls me the day of, asking if I can come in earlier because “it’s Friday and he’d really like to get out of the office early.”
Once finally sitting down, he was extremely patronizing and condescending in response to me sharing details surrounding my cause for being there. Using terms like “silliness” to describe things in summation, while I expressed how much stress it has caused me.

I had a consultation appointment. I felt this lawyer did not see the value in anything I said. He interrupted me many times when I was explaining where we were at with our case. He was arrogant and almost condescending when he spoke. This is not what I expect from a person I would like to represent me. Needless to say I have chosen another lawyer.

I'm a grandmother. I know laws are just starting to Grant visitation of your grandchildren. Had went two years already without seeing my grandchildren when I came across mr. Fernandez. I have been looking for some time I had went too many different lawyers but there was something about mr. Fernandez so I went with him. I knew it was a long shot that I might not get any type of visitation but we got it I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. I've been seeing my grandkids now for a couple of months and I couldn't do it without mr. Fernandez. So I want to tell you that if you have a case

Mr. Fernandes is very compassionate, hardworking and experienced. He and his staff are very friendly and caring. He provides a personal touch by being available to work around busy schedules, while not making you feel rushed or like another pay cheque. His knowledge and attention to detail make him incredibly skilled at his job. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer.
