Terrible customer service and grossly overcharging (to the point of scamming) their customers. The 2 hours I spent on the phone finding better pharmacies was well worth the $265 I ended up saving.
Marchase Pharmacy wasted 2 days of my time and hours of their staff’s time arguing that they couldn’t bill my $300 prescription directly to insurance despite me personally calling my insurance company to confirm that it was covered.
The secretary escalated my problem to the manager, who never called me back until I transferred my $300 prescription to a pharmacy 20 minutes away because they absolutely

I was originally impressed when speaking to a pharmacist about my compound prescription who was very helpful and informative. After considering cost and insurance coverage, I dropped the prescription off with Marchese the next day. A different pharmacist from the day before told me that, after verifying the dosage with the doctor, it would be 3 to 5 days before it would be ready and that they would contact me about the cost (as it had to be paid for in advance). That was 2 weeks ago. I called them today about this and was offered no explanation or apology for the lack of communication or the fact

They go above and beyond for their customers. There was confusion with the prescription McMaster wrote us after my 5 month old had surgery.
It took over 2 hours to get it sorted. The store closed at 5pm but he didn't kick us out or leave us hanging. He waited with my husband until the surgeon was able to call him back. He worked 30 minutes past closing time just to help us. If that's not good people I don't know what is. Best customer service out there!
