One of Drake Towing drivers gave me the middle finger while road raging on me while I merged onto the highway. Not sure why he was so mad as there was about 20 car lengths between us when I merged. He decided to race up right to me, tailgated me for about a kilometer before he passed in the left lane in a rage and flipped me his middle finger. He had a vehicle in tow at the time too. Very unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend them. Try anyone of the many towing companies before you try Drake. If this is the type of conduct to expect from their drivers to a stranger, imagine if you were

Alex performed beyond AWESOME! The tire change was a bit tricky because of the weather and hill but he acted professionally and used his past experience to get the job done! I could not have asked for more. The dispatcher said it would take 15 minutes for someone to get to me, and the driver was here in just under 15 minutes. He had cables long enough to reach from his truck to my battery in the front of the car, which was in underground parking with cars parked on both sides. I was able to pay with visa. I was given a receipt. The driver and the dispatcher were both very pleasant to talk to. I see someone else gave her driver number. My driver was number 530.

Kyle was amazing had rental car locked keys in trunk, had push button release would not work. kyle went throught the gab in the backseat and pulled on the emergency handle. High recommend drake towning for your needs. He didn't give up.

I had locked my car keys in my car at the most inopportune time and have had bad experiences in the past with locked keys in the car so I was pretty frustrated this time around, knowing I'd have to generally spend $100+ just to get them out. I got referred to Drake Towing by another locksmith company that seemed to work closely with them and after a call with the Drake Towing representative (couldn't remember his name), I was immediately feeling a lot better. I just had the best towing experience, Angela came out to tow my car and did an excellent and professional job. I had a Mini Coup that had been parked for over a year with a dead battery and before Angela even towed she wanted to make sure she couldn't jump start it just to help save me $. So kind and really went above and beyond. I have the business contact saved and if I or anyone I know, needs towing help....Drake Towing and Angela will be our go to!

HORRIBLE! Can't believe they are allowed to be so abusive to people while towing a vehicle. I had to call the police on one guy for acting threatening and not letting us leave. We had entered the vehicle before he got there I suspect to tow us. He blocked us in pretended to be towing the other vehicle very slowly and then told us he would keep us there all night and not let us out. Very tough boy to talk like that to two women. I called the police and then Drake towing at which point he moved but what a disgusting experience. I have yet to receive any kind of apology from Drake Towing. This

After two experiences we had with Drake Towing today, these guys deserve a great review. We had to get our uninsured, lowered vehicle towed to and from a shop today and both the drivers we received handled our car with as much care as we would have handled it ourself. We didn't get either one's name unfortunately, but driver 513 was amazing.
The negative reviews must have both been the same driver as one another because this was definitely not in line with our experience today.

Even though this was reported to the police and the employee even admitted to opening my car, he was unable to give a reason why besides that it was an "accident".
He claims that he was towing the F-150 parked in front of me (the dark grey pickup truck which already he had already gained access to.) before walking over to my car and opened my car, which can be seen off of the reflection of the truck in front. As soon as he opened the door, my car alarm went off (can see my headlights, signals flashing off

I was driving and the busters truck ignored the yield sign and caused a very dangerous situation. When I honked at the guy, he stopped the truck in the middle of the street, got out of the car, approached my window to yell at me. Crazy. Anyhow he was a really big guy and I'm sure he acts like that all the time. What a miserable person he is, I even feel sorry for this guy. He is often around my neighbourhood, I wish I never have to ever see him. This guy needs to learn the driving rules and get an anger management before doing his job. I sent them a long email about the incident but no reply

My brakes went in my car tonight - and I got in an accident. I called CAA and they deployed someone from Drakes Towing named Kyle. He was late but apologized, I asked for a recommendation on where to take my car as CAA only would recommend CAA auto service in Surrey (50km away), he dropped my car off at a Canadian Tire close by and showed me how to leave my keys with the lock box. Very polite and helpful - I am in customer service and I think great service should be noticed. He dropped me off at a car to go so I could get home without walking with all my bags. Thanks Kyle!

My husband and I were charged almost twice more than quote. The tow truck driver and the company operator were rude. Stay away from this company. Hope Karma do its job sooner or later.
My husband could not start the car because of the car key problem. His cell phone ran out of battery, so he called me to call BCAA before his cell phone died. Since we were not their members, they gave me Drake towing number. I called and get the quote which was no more than $80, so I greed.
The tow truck driver came and said just gave him money and tip. My husband was asked for $108 plus tax

Their business model is unethical- my partner ran into car trouble and called for a tow from Oak and 41st area to Kingsway Honda. She was quoted $65.
They charged $110 with no explanation!
When she disputed it they told her they used a dolly- not that they needed a dolly but that that they had used one. They couldn't provide an explanation as to why. The car is a run of the mill 2012 Honda Civic!!
They were rude and hung up on her when she called- despite the fact she was quite civil and genuinely perplexed. And then they told her they would charge her more!
They are a disgrace- then again

I locked my keys in my car...and since BCAA only helps their own customers, I decided to give these guys a call.
They came by really quick and were able to get my car open fast and without damaging the car.
I found the service fast and friendly. I would recommend them if you're in a bind like I was.
It cost me 52 bucks...but these things rarely happen...so better this than a BCAA membership. Lol
