Very Opportunistic! On top of everything, they charged $40 for "sanitization". To be conservative, say it takes a minute to spray everything listed (driver door handles, steering wheel, stick, key) and put plastic sheet on driver seat, works out to $2400/hr rate! when asked the office about logic, the clerk (the bigger of the two ladies, with a condescending tone and arrogant demeanor, in case the owner cares to know) was evasive and didn't have much to say aside from the obvious safety reason for cleaning. She continued to say nonsensical things though such as "so you don't take my hand home"

It was my first time using a towing service. I found upon them by chance in my neighborhood, and their customer service was outstanding. Because my car was in the underground parking in a bad location, Conner, the driver, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and well-behaved, and he explained everything well. Highly recommended, and many thanks for making it such a pleasant experience.

Hit the ditch at the horseshoe bay ferry terminal in my 5 tonne truck . i was in a really tricky spot, completely stuck in about 2.5 feet of snow and mud .right from the get go the dispatcher bree was very polite and easy to deal with . I was told the heavy duty recovery unit was a minimum 3 hour wait but there was a midsize tow truck in my area that could give it a shot but it might not work because my truck was full of cargo and too heavy .
No later than 20 minutes goes by and the dodge 5500 tow truck showed up with the most professional , calm , educated driver that went through hell and high

Edit: Since they want to make themselves the victims, I’ll tell the full story. You want me to be civil? Guess what, I was. When your secretary told me that you were going to miss your first pick up day, I was nice and SHE offered to have someone call me back to explain why. I woke up early, at the allotted time, no call. I called to ask what was happening, again secretary said the boss would call before noon. No call. I find out later that they dropped the job without telling me. My car was exposed

It is a true and very disappointing story happened to our company. I hope all reviewers will be aware of that. This towing company has a contract with our strata to tow cars parking over 2 hours. They only had the one photo showing we were parking in the lot. Then three hours later they towed our car.
The fact was that they took the photo at 12:36pm and we left at 1:30 pm, then came back at 3:30 pm. They DO NOT have another photo or piece of evidence showing we parked over 2 hours.
We just parked the car in the same lot again at 3: 30 pm and 10 minutes later they towed our car. We have witnesses

I needed to get my BMW X5 towed. Being from out of province I'm not to familiar with the tow services here. I called around without luck and these guy were quick. Customer service was great and my driver James was amazing. Highly recommended.

This is by far the worst towing company you can get.
I had my vehicle impounded by them. After i called to see how much it would cost me and if i needed certain paperwork they told me i only needed to show up with a proper driver's license. Upon arrival i called to advise i would be there in the next 20 minutes, they told me i needed an order of release from ICBC. They can't even give proper information to their customers.
When i finally arrived, the lady at the reception was super rude to me and my GF. They told me they haven't received the fax from ICBC

Connor provided efficient, methodical, and friendly service towing my stalled AWD vehicle. There was a high demand for towing services due to snow, and Mitchell's was the only company available to help within a reasonable timeframe. The cost was exactly as quoted by dispatch and fair compared to 3 other towing companies contacted, especially if taking into account their speed. Thank you Connor and the team for the adventure and making lemonade out of lemons.

My Electric vehicle ran out of power. It was pouring rain. The dispatch office was friendly and told me they would get to me ASAP. I had expected to wait 1 hour but they showed up within 30 minutes. The operator was friendly and very professional had me up and hook in less than 10 minutes. I was home and dry in less than 60 minutes….great job!!!!!🙂 to the team that night at Mitchell’s Towing.

Chris drove the 2.5 hrs to pick us up in a very remote area. He was professional, polite and efficient. When asked if he could make a small detour to drop us off at our hotel- he was more than happy to assist. Throughout the drive he made pleasant conversation and pointed out the sites in the mountains. 100% would recommend this company and definitely this driver. Very professional. Sherry was super lovely as well, big thanks to her for her patience and assistance in organizing our rescue!

Unbelievably rude customer service reps, asking me if it sounds like she's joking??? I asked for a manager and was told I could wait outside for one as they weren't present. I said I was disabled and couldn't sit outside in the cold. She said there was a park across the street? I asked if I could just wait inside, she said no, now leave. I asked if they had a chair outside in the sun where it wouldn't be so bad for me. I'm only able to walk a little before seriously tiring and can't walk over to the park or stand for long. The manager then came in and laughed at me

I had Mitchell's towing come to move my car, the driver used random pieces of wood from near by bushes to support the tires while he re positioned his truck. I had applied the e brake but he took it off and put the car in gear and while reassuring me he has done this many times and my car would be just fine. The car rolled back and fell 2 1/2 - 3 feet smashing down onto the tow bars of the truck cracking my bumper in two places. He called his supervisor and took my info and pictures of the damage. The manager insisted I not report the damage as they would have it fixed themselves. I tried

I called Mitchell's Towing just before the snow came and they said they would be 30 to 40 minutes ....well 3 hours later I recieved a call stating that they could not get me because of the snow that had now fallen ...I had not recieved any calls at that point letting me know they would be late or they could not retrieve my car because of the snow ....Day 2 .....I called and they remember me and my car and they said ..we will get there within the hour....it was all day before I heard from them and they now said that they could not retrieve my car ..yet ..once again ....Day 3 in today ...and

I work at a dealership, as a tech, I have dealt with towing companies before in the past, my pickup truck broke down at the west van ferry terminal. They had no issue hauling it down to Vancouver to the repair shop, the driver was friendly and professional and a prime example of what the towing experience should be. Fantastic service and very reasonably priced.

This business is extremely shady, avoid at all costs!!! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My car broke down and I inquired about either getting it towed to a pay lot or what their policy was if we chose to store it at their lot overnight. We were mislead about the fees for storing our vehicle at their lot and were forced to pay an extra $50 just to have the vehicle released from their lot. What we had thought would be a $40 bill ended up costing $120

I had to get my non-running 15 year-old heritage vehicle to Surrey, and selected Mitchell's because their price and presentation were the best.
I am pleased to report their customer service is also top notch. The operator arrived at the scheduled time, I was called ahead of time as promised, he was very helpful and thorough in getting the vehicle prepped, and was also helpful at the destination.
If you're on the North Shore and need your vehicle towed, call Mitchell's. They are a quality company.
