Our in depth assessment from our experienced and educated practitioners help us to identify potential barriers to movement.
Our educated and experienced coaches design customized strength and mobility programs based on in-depth assessment techniques, such as manual muscle testing, movement screens, and alignment and breathing evaluations, along with an in-depth analysis of your physical history and discussion of your future goals.

I cannot express enough how wonderful this place is! I've only had contact with Sarah and I can't recommend her highly enough!
She is so caring and kind, but at the same time she knows exactly how to push you when she knows you can do better. She is so encouraging and uplifting, always acknowledging your strengths and always finding solutions to any weaknesses. She listens and she actually hears you.

I have relied on Continuum Team in prep for all of my expeditions. Sarah has helped me to work through injuries and stabilize strength imbalances in a way i can truly feel the difference! I’m a bank executive, I’ve been a competitive athlete my whole life and most recently a published fitness model. In addition to the physical benefits that health and wellness provide me, I believe the benefits of health and wellness to your mental state much more out weight the physical benefits. Last summer I herniated my L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc… causing serious pain and discomfort. This affected both my personal life and professional life. I've been working with John Zahab for a number of years and been very satisfied with the results. As a multi-sport 2x Olympian, being functional and injury free were my number one goals while continually building strength. John always went to extra mile to accommodate my training/travel schedule and collaborate with my sport-specific coaches. When I arrived at Continuum Fitness, I had extreme pain in my left shoulder, with nerve damage on top of that, from a procedure I had done. Jay Ankersmit brought me back to full mobility. I can't say enough good things about Jay. He is very knowledgeable and detailed in his therapy work.

I am a Canadian 100 meter hurdler who has represented Canada on the international stage on five occasions. Although I've had some success, my journey has been far from smooth. In 2008, I was diagnosed with a bulging disc which took me off the track for four years. Since then, I've worked hard to get back to an elite training program. I had my sights set on the 2016 Olympics when I had another back episode, this time with nerve referral symptoms down my right leg. Although I kept training in the hopes of making Team Canada, it was unrealistic to think that I could perform to the best of my abilities

Weight loss, rehabilitation and FUN! Thanks to Sarah Zahab's expertise, positive attitude and love for what she does, I am thinner, happy and healthy. I was a person who disliked exercising and was ignorant about nutrition. Working with Sarah changed all that. Through muscles testing and other tools, their goal is to teach the client how to build the best possible foundation of strength and mobility. This ensures that the client is getting the best possible program to match their weaknesses and not just a generic workout plan. Highly recommend the programs from John Zahab that have allowed me to run, cycle, ski, snowshoe and do other sports injury free. I really appreciate John's time to tweak the program to help me success in my back to back cycling events last year - London-Edinburgh-London-1400 and back to Ontario for Granite Anvil 1200. In road running, I was able… to obtain a PB in 21.1 and 30 km and my 2nd best time in a marathon.
