I find the staff at Bridlewood Family Health to be very courteous, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Dr. Brian Glaser earns high marks for his willingness to answer any and all medical concerns I have brought to light and has been very helpful for prescribing low cost medication alternatives.
I feel like every person at Bridlewood is helpful and goes above and beyond in helping me and my family. The office staff is friendly, the nurses and doctors all take the time to listen and do what they can to help in every situation. I'm happy to have Bridlewood doctors as my family's doctors. I've been going to Dr Glaser and his team since 2004. He has always been so great and patient and informative with me, I ask lots of questions...lol. He has been a great resource and physician and guided me through illness and disease and always with a caring attitude. Thanks Dr Glaser and staff for taking such good care of me over the years, it is so appreciated! Highly recommend to you and your family.

I have not given up on Bridlewood Family yet, but I am getting close. While Dr. Wasson appears to be a great doctor, his expertise is not enough to offset the poor administration of his office. I am an Operations Manager and this practice is in desperate need of an operations manager. How patients are treated outside of the examining room is a very important part of the experience. A patient who is dealing with health concerns should not have to also deal with rudeness, incompetence and disorganization. It is a shame because this can be fixed if someone were to care enough to focus on making much

If you’re looking for a doctor that will take time and patience with you and a staff that is qualified and efficient, then move along and keep searching. This facility is the worse!! They couldn’t find paper work and had the audacity to roll their eyes when we took the time and effort to hand deliver it to them but asked them to copy it so we could keep the originals. Office manager diagnosis of Covid even though had two negative Covid tests. Because anyone with a cough these days must have Covid. Time to find a new doctor.

Dr. Wasson has been the best doctor I have ever been to (and I've spent most of my life trying to find one I like). He is incredibly friendly and cares about all of his patients like they are family, and always listens to me and my concerns incredibly well and does everything he can to make sure I am healthy! My whole family goes to Bridlewood and even after I moved out of my hometown I have continued to come here because it is worth the drive. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else- thank you Bridlewood for what you guys do!

I have to agree with these reviews. Office staff do not respond to request from Pharmacy in a timely manner. They do not send out referrals in a timely manner. I am waiting on a referral to an Orthopedic Oncologist for my son as I type. I am also looking for another office to go to. Dr. Wasson is good, but they need to revamp their office.

Recently I saw Michelle and she was wonderful. Dr. Glaser is great as well. I’ve been going here for over 3 years and it seems like this practice has had some difficulties with billing and the office staff in the past but honestly this past year has been great. I’m glad I’ve stuck it out with them as they continue to make strides with their patient experience.

We’ve been going here for years, and the DR’s have always been good. The office staff has always been rude and subpar. Never call back messages, or reply to Pharmacy requests in a timely manner. Recently they have turned into a nickel and dime you kind of place, which never used to be the case. The only reason this is still our family physician is because of Michelle. See her or find somewhere else to go.
