One of the most beneficial features of modular buildings is that they are built off-site with minimal site disturbance, meaning little interference in your day-to-day operations. Once manufactured and transported to its destination our experienced crew starts the installation process, setting/levelling the buildings on a suitable foundation (typically wood cribbing or piles).

At SBI, not only do we manufacture and custom design equipment, but we also provide retrofit & modification services of client-owned equipment. We can repurpose your trailer on the client's site performing the required modifications and optional CSA Re-Certification without the additional cost and inconvenience of shipping equipment offsite.
