We have the best experience in terms of dental care here .Dr.Vishal Sharma is very efficient and very knowledgeable.When I needed emergency appointment as something came off on my son’s braces ,we got in right away and got the best care .We can see amazing transformation in my son’s teeth in just 6 weeks ,yes not 6 months but 6 weeks.CDA “Julie “ is very efficient and she did the best work for my son’s teeth.Front desk staff is very professional and nice.I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a orthodontist.

I had a very negative experience with the clerical staff today. I had an appointment and after I left the appointment I had a question about something so I called the front desk to ask the question and the person that answered the phone would not let me get a word in and was very dismissive. She was trying to hang up as soon as possible and was not hearing me out at all. I had to get loud and say I am not finished talking while she was trying

I really like dr. Sharma and other doctors but their front staff is very unprofessional.They always jump into payments first.Today they haven’t find my appointment date or day I want and they said they will call me which is fine with me.
Then the girl Kelly who I think take care payments part she said can you pay for your treatment now which I don’t know when will I get it because they didn’t find any weekends appointment availability which I was looking for.Last time they did not let me get my last treatment because they want me to pay $200 which was extra payment because of COVID even

My son got Invisalign from this place. Was referred by the dentist. Since coming here it’s been a bad experience. His hooks come off constantly, basically the day of or the day after. I drive back constantly. This place has cost me so much in gas and time. It’s gonna take his procedure even longer since it can’t seem to be installed properly. They will say it’s because his bite is really bad but this is something they should have mentioned in the beginning. I was actually shocked to hear them say he can wear Invisalign. This was their recommendation for his treatment. He’s never had his

I recently got my braces off, just last week! My treatment was about 4 years! It sure wasn’t a simple one, and it was a long road, but it was all worth it. I had the best experience overall! My teeth are so straight now! All the staff are super nice and friendly! No need to be nervous to get your braces on, the staff there will make sure you feel comfortable and ready at every appointment! The doctors are all very hardworking. I especially want to thank Dr. Sharma for all his hard work he does to help every patient! Overall I really recommend Aura Orthodontics to everyone, it’s a welcoming
