Propelled into law by an ingrained passion to fight for a valued cause, Joseph immersed into Personal Injury early on in his career. Recognized for his compassionate and approachable character, Joseph adopts a personalized method towards every client's case undertaken. His unique talent to communicate with and understand his clients and their needs helps him achieve the most favourable results using the most efficient means.
He is an experienced litigator, and maintains a varied advocacy practice representing clients in areas such as personal injury, insurance, employment, libel and defamation, and appeals. He prides himself on a practical, results-oriented approach to litigation. Ryan also has an interest in public affairs and public policy, and advises clients in regulatory and compliance matters involving federal and provincial legislation.
Since her call to the bar, her practice has almost exclusively been dedicated to representing injured parties involved in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability incidents, and criminal assault matters. She has conducted countless mediations, case conferences, pre-hearings, hearings, and arbitration proceedings with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario.
Sam's goal is to be the best legal advisor that he can be for his clients, and to do that every day with wisdom, integrity, humility, empathy and a little humor. In his new role as head of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at Zayouna Law Firm, he is able to do just that and much more.
Marilyn's practice is dedicated to personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, Occupier's Liability claims, long-term disability claims, accident benefits claims and other disability and insurance litigation. She represents her clients in court, on Motions, Trials and Appeals before the courts and administrative tribunals.

Joseph and his very patient, knowledgable and diligent team stood up and fought for my rights when I had my car accident in 2015. You are better off representing yourself. This firm is unprofessional, their staff has a high turn over rate. No timely follow ups or any sort of communication. Had their front end staff asking me if I know any places hiring this should show you the level of service you will be receiving. Wish you Good luck with this so called firm.
