My mom originally went here for an Invisalign consultation and a clean up. The experience with the dentist was excellent, and she felt really comfortable with him. The issue is with the receptionists. It has been 2 months of waiting and following up with them for the results of the assessment. Every call they say that they’ll talk to the dentist and let her know next steps. This last time, we waited 3 days before calling back, where they said my mom would need to come back in. Each time we’ve called the receptionists have seemed flustered and as if they forgot. We’re very disappointed considering

I (like many of us) get nervous going to the dentist. I hadn't seen a dentist in 5 years, and recently moved home to Vancouver. My mom had a friend that went here and had good things to say, and wow am I glad I went. I had 2 teeth that I was almost certain were as good as gone - and so for the past 2 years I've stopped letting people take my picture and have covered my mouth when I laugh (my teeth looked horrible) Dr Tang was super gentle, very thorough, incredibly kind - and I have never felt that relaxed during a visit to the dentist before. She gave me back something I thought I'd never have

Iv been going to this practice since i was a kid, so 20 years or so. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always so warm and extremely helpful. As someone who has anxiety about dentists i can say that they are very gentle and communicate with you at every step, which puts your mind at ease. They are the best, I couldn't imagine going to any other dental office.

Staff here were great. I went because I fell and hit my teeth. From the reception to finish, a very positive experience. They are calm and professional, and very reassuring. Any questions I had about coverage or treatment were thoroughly answered. The Doctor and Katelyn, the dental assistant, were great. I felt really well looked after and in good hands. I will be returning for all my future dental needs.

My experience there was horrible. It seems like they just wanted to make quick money without considering what's the best option for the patient. After they worked on my two teeth, I was in pain for over 4 months. Throughout the four months, no one has ever called to see how I was doing, instead I had to keep calling them about the problem. It ended up that I spent over $4000 for nothing. I had to find some other doctor to extract my two teeth that they had worked on because I was in continuous pain. Finally, the pain went away after that.
