Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are professional, clean and efficient. Great experience! Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist. I have found my treatments to be really positive and the post treatment discussions by the dentist to be informative. He takes the time to answer your concerns.

Awful dentist place. i went to this dentist by accident and transferred my x-ray after the initial intake. The hygienist rushed my cleaning. Was scheduled for a one hour appointment and after 30 minutes in they stopped cleaning and start take my x-ray when i already specified i didn't want to them do x-ray again. then told me that i have to come in for second appointment because ran out of time. The job could have been done in an hour. cleanly just trying to get more money from insurance. definitely not going back

I went to the same dentist in Vancouver for over 20 years, and I was reluctant to change. After my exam and cleaning at Oxford Dental, I am so glad I did! Dr. Chahal is very thorough and informative. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The office is very modern, clean and bright with excellent Covid safety precautions in place. They are very understanding of those of us with "dental anxiety". I'm very happy I made the move to Oxford Dental, I highly recommend their services.

My first visit to a dentist in over 12 years, I have always been scared of dentists and the pain that comes with it. Every staff member i encountered from the receptionist, hygienist ( im assuming) and the Dentist Were amazing they made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was ok during every part of the check-up. They went over all my results and explained everything and every little detail .Even though I have few issues that need to be addressed and dealt with I am very comfortable and happy with going ahead and actually getting it done as they know my concerns and will work with me to make

I can't think of where to even start. Oxford Family Dental has been amazing to me and my family from the first time we contacted them. Everyone we have ever met and came in contact with has always been friendly and helpful. The hygienists are very gentle and I can't help but compliment them. I highly recommend Oxford Family Dental to anyone and everyone, especially if you have a phobia of dentists. They care and it shows.

I’m a big baby when it comes to dentists... I’ve waited over 10 years to finally go... so I finally went and glad I chose this one. She was very gentle with me and made sure I was always okay.. I actually booked another appointment right away instead of waiting another 10 years lol Thank you Oxford dental for making me feel calm and relaxed... look forward to seeing you all again

Every visit in the past 5 years, Oxford Dental has always been fantastic from start to finish. After a previous horrific dental experience resulting in a complete phobia of dentists ( not to mention a decade of avoidance and untreated but much needed dental work) I was referred to and visited this practice. It was the best thing that could ever have happened!! The staff is AWESOME-totally caring and understanding- the hygienist Kathleen made the initial cleaning painless and put caring of my special terror needs a priority. Then Dr Gerry slowly started actual work with compassion and reassurance- also painless and truly accommodating of my foolish phobic needs. I am at the point I will not

I always feel comfortable coming to visit this dental office, especially during these covid times! Admittedly, I was avoiding the dentist out of fear. Just went back today for my cleaning and I must say, I feel so relieved!! They really took extra measures to keep both themselves and us safe! I will return for regular cleanings now, thanks to my… hygienist today who made me feel so much better about it all. Aside from covid, they have really been great from day one. I highly recommend this clinic.. I’d say it is the best one I have ever been to, to be honest.
