To begin with my first appointment was cancelled because the doctor was away on an emergency. The appointment was moved to the next day but when I got there was told that the clinic would call to advise what time to show up as the waiting times were around half an hour to an hour. I was adviised by Jackie to go home and wait for a phone call. I therefore asked for another appointment and was told Thursday at 9.50 a.m they would call again to advise what time to come.
Personally, the receptionist did whatever she could but we ended up having to cancel the Thursday appointment and wait for a phone

Years ago Doug McDermid manipulated me into having my wisdom teeth removed for no clinical reason. His behaviour was incredibly unethical and permanently damaged my health. He should not be a dentist. He will claim that I agreed to have them removed, but the reality is that it never would have happened had he acted in the best interest of his patient. They need to teach better ethics in dental school and the industry needs to be regulated more closely so things like this don't happen.
