I saw them a year ago. Very nice and friendly. I am 69 and terrified of dentists called the other night with tooth pain. They got me in in two hours. Couldn’t do anything but antibiotics and advice to get get last four teeth out. But I will return. I feel with the fact I don’t freeze they will understand my terror 😱

Dr. Ward is an excellent dentist! No issues with the care received from him. During the Christmas holidays I developed a severe toothache. I wanted to be treated by Dr. Ward as I was comfortable with him and confident in his abilities, so I waited for the office to open on January 11. I called the office and was told there was nothing available for me even though I was in pain and had been a patient at this practice for over 25 years. Clearly this office books solid leaving no open time for emergencies to maximize profit.

It's easy to get a 5 star review when everything runs smoothly. With all the dentist appointments I required right at the beginning and during a pandemic there were some miscommunication and bumps along the way. I did really feel like my concerns were heard and that there was follow through conducted to address any issues. Overall great customer service. Thank you.

Dr Greg went above and beyond when my son broke his front teeth on a Saturday night. Was available to provide info and support throughout the weekend and even offered to fix the teeth outside regular business hours! The care extended to our family was extraordinary. Would definitely recommend Pickering Village Dental.

The staff will make you feel right at home and you can trust that Dr. Iatropoulos will go the extra km (mile) to do what's best for you. This is an office of people who genuinely care, which is rare. I have had Dr. Greg Iatropoulos as a dentist for my entire life. When I got married my wife started seeing Dr. Iatropoulos as a patient and we cannot be happier. I have heard colleagues and friends complain about pain when they visit their own dentist's but I have never had this issue at this clinic. The warm atmosphere and efficient service makes dental visits easy and I always go home happy!
