Very shady to deal with. Had a working tv with a defective HDMI port but the rest of the tvs operation was fine. Was told the main board was defective and they ordered a new one. After it was replaced was told the board they ordered was defective and that they couldn't order another one deeming it unfixable. When I got the TV back nothing worked now just a black screen.... so I realized and called to ask about it. They went back on their previous word saying nothing was changed and go complain to bestbuy..... (super rude aswell) Obviously something has changed or they shorted something out but

We purchased a Sony TV through Costco, which ended up being a nightmare to get warranty work done by Sony. They finally contracted video refit to do the work, and although we just got the TV back and haven't tried it yet, I gave them 5 stars because the service guy shoveled my walk when he saw my wife was home with a new born while I was at work. Service people who do those little things, make the bad / frustrating situations, so much more tolerable.
Update, unpacked the TV, and found a nice big deep gouge in the screen
Update 2
Dealing with Rob has made this predicament a lot more manageable

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made a warranty claim on a TV I purchased through Best Buy and Best Buy outsourced the repair to this place. They diagnosed the repair over the phone and gave Best Buy the quote. After Best Buy approved the repair I was told I would be contacted within 2-3 business days. A little over a full week later I had no heard from them so I called them. Sure enough they had already ordered the part and were just needing to book a time to come pick up my TV as I lived out of town. (would have been nice if I could been kept in the loop

So disappointed with this place! We took our microwave in to be fixed and they returned it back to us promptly saying it was “good as new”. It broke again as soon as we got it home- no big deal, we took it back. Now they’ve had it for more than 6 weeks and keep giving us a different story about ordering in parts. They keep saying they’ve contacted us but never have we received a call. The customer service is so terrible, everyone we speak with is so rude. They have taken no initiative to follow up with their parts suppliers to have our microwave fixed in a timely manner. Beware of video
