Completely satisfied. A couple of days ago I received a pair of Grado SR60x headphones from here, and they sound amazing. Purchase process was easy, an invoice was sent, and it was as simple as pulling up and having them brought out to the car. Email responses to questions were fast and to the point. Edit: I realized on reflection 'more than fair price' could have been mis-read. Corrected to 'better than fair price'. Even that sounds off. I got what I was looking for at a price better than anywhere else I could have found it. It was on clearance, so lucky me. But got it for $50 less then the next best price I could find. Thanks Jeff.

Thanks to Jeff I now have beautiful music in my home again! The equipment carried at Creative Audio is excellent but I really appreciated Jeff's expert knowledge in helping me make the right choice. He walked through several options and outlined the pros and cons of each. There was no pressure and I got the equipment that was just right for my circumstances. Earlier this year, I was looking to upgrade my home office and had kept an eye on their clearance section for some speakers. I talked to Jeff over email and managed to get my hands on a pair of B&W 686S2. I was planning on going over to Advance Electronics to pick up a Cambridge Audio integrated amp, but Jeff had a NAD C316BEE available and he gave me a great deal on it.
This isn't the first time I've dealt with Jeff. I've bought other speakers off of him in the past. It's always a very pleasant experience every time I reach out.
