Three visits, and three bills within two weeks, and did not fix the problem. While everyone was very nice and quick, they left every time saying they fixed the same problem only for everything to back right up and never find the clog. Had to hire another emergency plumber since they couldn’t come back. Who brought a camera right away and found a clogged pipe leaving the house that looked to have been clogging for years until it came to a full foot block. Very frustrated that I paid three large bills to not have it fixed. The number of times I had to clean my bathroom only for things to overflow

They installed a watersoftening system with 1 filter Dec/2020. After 5 month's of constant water problems I had another Co. Install a UV light and second filter.
They informed me the system had not been turned on. They installed they're filter so tight I couldn't get it off so I called them. They managed to get it off then charged $118.65 This is not a reputable company and ABSOLUTELY Do Not Recommend!!!!!!

Ubdegrove Plumbing and Heating. Several days ago we phoned this company to help us with our on demand hot water heater. We told them we thought it was the fan. They told us they had to order the part and it would be a day. We have been told twice they were coming (they are aware we have no hot water) finally today they didn't show up again. We called twice no answer, so last call we made, we said if you don't come today, cancel and we will go somewhere else..so THEN they called us back. They said we had to pay for the fan because we had signed an agreement. My husband said I would like to see that

Ubdegrove was recommended to me by a neighbor as I am new to Kingston. The young lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Steve the plumber arrived promptly and located and repaired a pipe that was leaking from above my basement ceiling with minimal cutting of my finished ceiling. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
Thank you Ubdegrove you deserve this 5 Star review.

Beware... In 2016 I had hired Ubdegrove to check and fix a blockage in my house sewer line. A camera inspection by Ubdegrove showed a "root plug" in the sewer pipe.
Ubdegrove told us they could not fix it. They recommended that we call Pleasantview company to dig our 20 foot long driveway to the city main sewer, 7 feet wide, 9 feet down to remove the old concrete/asbestos pipe (full of roots) to have it replaced by a PVC/ABC pipe. After digging a very big hole a 2 feet long plug (made of black dirt, debris and unidentified stuff) was found in the pipe just under the foundation wall of the house

Called earlier in the week, made an appointment for Friday between 9am-12pm. Received a call at 8:30am day of appointment to say they could no longer come as their guys had to go to a bigger job ( I am currently without a shower in my home ) and they wouldn't be able to come again until the following Tuesday. Luckily after multiple calls I was able to find a different company to come same day.
