So unprofessinal. Please avoid if possible. My landlords paid for carpet installation and, with it, furniture moving. They came beforehand to assess the rooms and the furniture inside of them and decided that one person is enough to move the furniture. One person came and he immediately saw that the bed and our dresser (the only two items of furniture in our bedroom) were more than he expected but went through with it anywyas. Then we ended up with a busted bed door, scratches all over our bed, and a dresser with misaligned doors and scratches. They come to assess the damage, ADMIT FAULT, promise

Lots of quality selection of all kinds of flooring in this store. Gloria in the front office is really knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help and advise. Prices for product and installation are very competitive. Great small local business. Definitely put it on your list of must visit if you are looking for flooring.

I'm sorry you went this way for a review. Our last contact was late March 2017 when we inspected multiple units on the premises. As to not giving our representative's phone number, they only deal with their direct customers. As to the "hang up" I will not deal with the tone you gave me on the telephone.
As to the product, we have had great success with it and backed up by our rep. using this exact product on many other projects.
The product supplied was not installed by our qualified installers, but your own handyman. As our rep. after inspection tried to explain to you, your issues

Rang this company this afternoon to offer a free service
to them. Before I could even finish what I was saying,
the elderly gentleman (owner)? who answered the phone,
abruptly cut me off, was extremely rude and barked ' I'm
not interested!' and proceeded to slam the phone down on
me.
I can understand his presumption of a sales pitch, but
that was not why I was calling & to cut someone off
when they are speaking and hang up the phone is not
only incredibly rude, but extremely unprofessional. If this
man wishes to attract more business to the company,
this is surely not
