Half of my TV screen was dark but you could still see the image, so a technician from West peak came over to see the TV and did some touches which made the TV even worse in which the TV wasn’t turning on and they didn’t charge us for this because they knew they did something wrong. Therefore, I called them back and told them about how unhappy I am with their service, and they told us to bring the TV to the shop so they can return the image to back to what it was in which I did. They were able to bring the TV image back to what it was originally but unfortunately the remote controller wasn’t

I was a guest in town and needed to repair a tv that got damaged in my friends house. I received a very professionall service from Garrett - a young man that handled my case with understanding and efficiency.The reply for the online inquiry was resolved quickly. The service (after the tv was delivered to the shop) was also done fast and well. Much appreciated!

Awesome communication, fast service and friendly staff! I had to place a warranty call for my Samsung television and between Samsung and Westpeak Electronic Services, it was fixed in 5 days! I can't complain about that kind of service, and I would not hesitate to take any of my malfunctioning electronics to Westpeak! Thanks so much guys 😃

I called this company and left a message asking if they could source a Sony TV bulb for me on Friday January 25 2013, no one returned my call. My husband spoke with Sony Monday January 28th due to some TV troubles we were having, Sony told him that we should call Westpeak to make an appointment for repairs. My husband did just that. The Westpeak rep told my husband that a technician would get in touch with us to let us know when he would be available to come out. After reading some reviews about this company I had a bad feeling about them so I called another TV repair company and booked with them
