Salim Zitouni founded Plan Canada immigration in 2015. He is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) by ICCRC. ICCRC is the national regulatory body authorized by the government of Canada under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to safeguard consumers. Salim's inspiration for becoming a regulated immigration consultant, stems from decades of work with refugees, newcomers and his own personal journey to immigrate to Canada.

There are several Federal and Provincial Economic Programs that enable a person to immigrate to Canada. The applicants for economic programs are selected on the basis of the ability to become economically established in Canada.
