In order to allow foreigners to own and operate a business in Canada, the government provides a document called an "Owner-Operator Labour Market Impact Assessment". When this document is issued, it means that the Canadian economy will benefit from having a business in operation that is owned by a foreigner.

Rita and her team were amazing in helping us with our Canadian PR application. We started the process while we were still outside Canada. I am editing my once glowing review. I can't believe I left it up so long. Not only do we feel swindled by this group for their bad advice, but when we asked again for help Rita said we couldn't prove that she gave us faulty information.
She never told us the application had to be all one sided or there were to be no staples. Those are just two of the basic requirements needed to process your application. She recommended to us we send it ourselves. If she hadn't, we may have chosen the other option, and they may have done their jobs correctly. Since we sent it ourselves she claims she is not liable
