I highly recommend Chitra and Associates, especially if you find the CIC process convoluted or unclear. Chitra is very well informed with the entire process as well as is very responsive to queries. I have used her services for both my work permit and permanent residency application and the entire process was made entirely smoother and way less demystified as a result. 100% worth it and I would enlist her services again.

Chitra is very dynamic and knowledgeable, composed when she is dealing with the client, she will understand the pain areas (if any) and guide you to the right path, suggest corrective action.
