Between God and man, and of the truth, I have referred more than 24 persons within a space of 3 weeks to my legit and trusted Account Manager, Mr. ARNOLD CLARK he is the only account manager to ever pay me my profit after my first 7days trade of $1000 that yielded to $9750. This company manages so bad our condo Southbeach Condos in Etobicoke ON, (we are owners) we are having water shutdowns EVERY MONTH, and the problem never fixed, 2 windows cleaning never happened, I complained and the gave me just excuses. Our Condo Facebook group is full with our Neighbours complaints bc they had and have leaks from their above units and management are taking weeks for sending people to fix those problems, management takes forever to respond emails. It’s maybe 1person who is ok, but in general This is the WORSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT WE have.

We have recently moved, but we will miss all the staff and property management at the Harbourfront location in downtown Toronto. The Icon Property staff are not only professional, but friendly and approachable. They have worked to create such a small community feel, so you feel like you are at home once you enter the building. I've been a condo owner at Panorama (38 Dan Leckie Way, in CityPlace) under the management of Icon Property Mgmt for 10 years now and it’s been run under the leadership of Artur and I couldn’t be happier with him and the team.
Whether it was being financially responsible (5 years we had decreasing condo fees – only condo in Toronto to see that), to having a safety concern and it being attended to right away & fixed, or a general maintenance issue that arises, to how clean the team keeps the common areas; their responsiveness, professionalism and dedication is next-to-none.

As a condo owner, in 38 Dan Leckie Way I couldn’t be happier with our property management team. They’re responsive, available and committed to running the building to the highest standards. Having spoken with many other condo owners all over the GTA, I’m aware that Icon is one of the very best. My building is kept clean, repairs are handled promptly and our Property Manager takes care of the building as if it were his own. Downtown Toronto buildings can be especially challenging and I always feel safe. Keep up the good work guys.

We recently moved into a condo building managed by Icon - moving is stressful enough and Icon staff here from PM to concierge to superintendent have been professional, responsive, and pleasant. We had a few issues that PM quickly resolved and concierge has been super service oriented and friendly. Very positive and helpful, thank you!!

Icon Property Management has managed a condo building that live in. They have been with our building since 2016. Since the registration of the building we have gone through a number of management companies and I would say they have topped them all. There were issues with the building since the beginning and the other companies were not able to resolve them and with patience and perseverance Icon managed to resolve the issues. I am also a realtor of 37 years and have dealt with them in many other condo buildings that I sell in. Each time I had to deal with them they were professional, efficient

Icon completely revamped the culture within our building (15 Fort York). Over the years, we have really seen the behavior of residents in our condo mature and evolve through thoughtful and respectful relationship management by our property manager. Our property manager has also done a great job controlling maintenance fees and keeping a healthy reserve fund. Not easy for a 568 unit condo. No surprise that they been around for over 10 years now.

Having owned a condo in a building managed by ICON for 10 years, we have never had a problem that wasn't solved in a timely manner.
Preventative maintenance kept our maintenance fees relatively low and staff was always professional and courteous.
After reading some of the issues experienced by owners of nearby condos managed by other companies, ICON P.M. does an amazing job.

Maybe one of the worst property mgmt companies. Unresponsive, unaccountable, not worth selecting to manage a building. They can barely change a lightbulb. Heaven forbid your property mgr goes on holiday. The person who fills in may or may not show up during the clearly stated office hours. That leak you have in your unit coming from someone else's HVAC unit? Too bad! Deal with it yourself - the acting property mgr is prob getting her nails done.

I live in a building managed by ICON Property Management. They place a senior property manager on paper, hire a junior property manager to actually sit there once in a while, and then get you board to pay for two full-time salaries. Look it up! This apparently isn't even isolated to my building.
They subcontract security as part of their bidding process so that they can control your building and avoid blame. If your condo is considering an RFP from ICON, you should seriously consider a separate agreement with a security company that is under your own control. You can avoid excessive

Terrible terrible company. The property managers are so rude and never do their jobs properly. They promise certain things and either put them off indefinitely or the issue is delayed repeatedly (though I understand sometimes things are out of their control). But this seems to be happening with very simple issues. They are a very inefficient company and this is costing their own time, client's time and their tenant's time. Finally, I have had personal dealings with the CEO Mr. Posthumus and he never takes responsibility for the company's mistakes and will just try to find ways to

Property management solutions with someone like Roland at the helm will experience cost savings and efficiencies like German engineering. Having the pleasure of Rolan manage the building that we live in is a blessing. Rolands hands-on management style and interactive personality with both staff and tenants are like nothing you will see at any other condo in the downtown core. Roland runs a tight ship and is greatly respected by board members, unit owners, staff and vendors.

Background: I own a unit in a building that is managed by ICON Property Management Ltd. The building property manager is Christine Agostinho.
Monday, May 11th 2015, I email Christine to let her know that the bathroom ceiling in the unit is bubbling. My tenant had informed me of this on Sunday, May 10th 2015. Christine replies to say she's aware and that my tenant had also emailed her. That Monday afternoon, I went to inspect the unit and the bubbling had subsided.
Tuesday, May 12th, 2015, I call the super and got an update that the owner of the unit upstairs still has not been in touch.

I dealt with a specific property manager (David Wallace) that told me my problems (leaky roof) might get corrected in 2 years . Might? So I was told that if I wanted it fixed sooner I would have to pay for it out of pocket. I pay fees every month and I pay for repairs. I listed my condo and sold it immediately and moved. Thanks to Icon, I lost $10,000 from my purchase and selling price. They are not a good bet. You can't even communicate with the Board of Directors because we have no idea who they are or if they even exist.
