In 1945, Tillyard & Partners was established as a Chartered Surveyor firm in the United Kingdom and, over the following decades, it expanded into Africa and Asia as well as across Europe. Tillyard moved into the United States in 1970, opening offices in Chicago and New York, and in 1975 it opened Tillyard Canada Ltd., with its headquarters in Montreal.

We have been leasing space in Tillyard-managed plaza (they have managed this plaza for the past 8 of the 10 years we've been here). Our property has been well-maintained, both in winter and summer, and they have been responsive to any questions or concerns that arise. I like the other tenants in our plaza, and I believe Tillyard does their part in making this plaza a community.
