Today, team members at Duka Consulting Inc. continue to provide a pool of technical expertise for Duka Property Management Inc. staff so that our clients make proactive and cost effective decisions on behalf of their condominium properties.
Duka Consulting Inc. guides and assists developers with new condominium projects from inception to completion. We efficiently navigate the myriad detail inherent in new construction including government approvals, legal matters, sales and marketing, and condominium corporation registration. Recommend and build a strong project team of consultants, surveyors, architects, planners and lawyers.

During business hours, please call your Property Manager. After hours, call our 24-hour, seven days a week, emergency number 905-673-7338. The emergency operator will notify your property manager, who will then deal with the emergency. The Condominium Act, 1998 clearly states that the affairs of the condominium corporation are to be managed by a duly elected Board of Directors.
