Kim's friendly face is what you'll likely see as soon as you step into our practice. She is a local resident of Caledon East and is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the practice. Cataracts are a medical condition in which the lens of the eye becomes progressively cloudy, resulting in blurred vision. As you get older, you'll most likely experience cataracts. But don't worry, removing cataracts is an easy procedure. The cloudy lens gets removed and replaced with an intraocular implant (lens).

I had a great experience. Such a lovely and helpful staff. I have trouble finding glasses large enough for my head but Kim helped me find frames that were flattering and custom ordered the size I needed and they were ready in 2 days!!!! I am very happy with the service and quality of glasses. Will definitely go back.

Ok so this was my first time visiting Caledon Optometry and it was a wonderful experience from the moment I first stepped into the clinic. The staff was friendly, courteous, and warm. They made me feel like I was more than just a client. They were thorough in their examination a d explained to me fully the nature of my visit.

Was so impressed during my eye exam how thorough Dr. Dias was explaining everything in detail concerning my eyes. I felt I was dealing with a very knowledgeable professional who puts their patient's needs first. I purchased my glasses and also safety glasses from Caledon Optometry with help from the front staff who provided me with excellent service.
I will definitely be returning next year for my eye exam and new sunglasses.

For my first eye exam I was obviously nervous going in. Kim was the most helpful, friendly person ever! Made me laugh throughout the testing while explaining all the steps, and thoroughly sanitized everything. The doctor was also a gem. Down to earth, showed me photos of the back of my eyeball (very cool).

So far so good. I had a full eye exam and found Dr. Dias very informative, thorough, and friendly. Katrina, The Clinic Manager, was also helpful, informative, and very pleasing to deal with. I am glad to find a optometry clinic with great staff within walking distance of my home and with a good display of quality frames. I will respond with my reviews when I receive my new glasses.

I'm so glad we now have an eye clinic in Caledon-it's so convenient. Dr.Dias is really great. She was super helpful and easy to talk to-she discussed ways I can prevent damage to my eyes. I was looking to try contacts for the first time and the staff was so helpful-it took me over half an hour to get them in-but they were so kind and patient. Great overall experience-I will be bringing my parents in.
