Made an appointment to buy tires and rims 10 days ago. Showed up today to have them installed. I waited one hour and thirty five minutes.
When I asked why it took so long they told me it was because of Covid. I asked why the tires weren't mounted before my arrival. The answer was Covid. I have no idea why the tires weren't mounted before my arrival. What is the purpose for making an appointment?
I will never go back to this establishment.

Niagara Battery & Tire installed brand new tires on my car in October 2020 and at the time, I was unaware that they failed to do an alignment check. When I brought my car in about a month or so ago for an oil change, they tried to tell me I needed a new set of front tires because they were already bald. When I advised them that they were the ones to put my tires on less than a year ago, they basically shrugged it off and when I asked why they didn't check my alignment, they said it was because it wasn't requested. A family member gifted me with the tires, so I was not involved with the process

I was greeted in the parking lot by one of the service team members before I was even able to get out of my vehicle. He asked how he could help and after informing him about my issue he told me the price and directed me to where I should park my car. I had my dog with me and even so he said we could wait inside where it was cool. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Awesome, quick, friendly service.

We have used Niagara battery and tire in the past and their prices have been good. Unfortunately this time the customer service was absolutely terrible. After making an appointment, getting there on time, and waiting 40 minutes for service I asked if they had an idea on how much longer I would wait and I got an extremely rude shout that “you’ll just have to wait you’re fifth in line” among other rude comments. I asked why others who had come in after me had gone in before me and I was told they’re just dropping off parts-I watched them do work on the car. Take your
