Bought a new vehicle. Loved it. Came out of the hockey rink and someone had raked the side of it with a hockey bag. Highland did an amazing job fixing it up. Looks as good as new. Also the cleaning was fantastic. Looks as good as when I picked it up from the dealer. Will be going back for detailing. Thanks to Shayne and the team.

We had an major auto body issues with our civic. We called Highland Autobody, after calling quite a few other auto body shops in Ottawa. We were starting to get disappointed in either the quotes for the repairs or when we could get our car into the repair rotation. That was not the experience with Highland Autobody. Drove over a quote with Shane and he was very professional and understanding about our repair needs. They were able to have our car in a timely manner and with a very reasonable quote. After my accident I was recommended this garage through a friend. My car has an odd paint color and although it took them a few tries to get it right they got it very right. It looks fantastic and the time it took was well worth the wait. They wouldn't give the car back until they made it right. A lot of other repair shops might hope you might miss a detail here or there. Shane and crew did a great job.

After getting in a parking lot accident, I was on the hunt to find a good body shop. CSN Highland was the 4th shop I saw, they were friendly and the office was clean and organized. They offered to look at the other estimates I got and was able to explain the cost break down. They were accommodating to the fact that I was paying out of pocket. I was able to bring my car in the next week and it only took 3 days to repair. Super fast service and a good quality repair. Thank you!

CSN Highland gave me the best customer service I received at a repair shop so far. I brought my car after being hit by a hit-and-run while my car was parked on the street and having my front bumper scratched. Shane and his team took the time to explain me each steps of their work and to answer each of my questions. Their work was well done and quite fast.

Brendon and his team did a fantastic job on my Audi A6 2013. I had a terrible scratch on my hood, and Highland Auto Body made it look brand new!
