Established in 1990, Assured Automotive has grown to over 80 auto body repair facilities throughout Ontario. We are a subsidiary of the publicly-traded company The Boyd Group Services Inc., one of the largest operators of non-franchised collision repair centers in North America, in terms of the number of locations and sales.
We feel a great sense of responsibility when a customer entrusts us to repair their vehicle. Our Insurance Partners along with our Dealership / Manufacturer Partners trust us in the same manner. We work seamlessly with your Insurance Company and/or Dealership to ensure timely, quality collision repairs.
What is my deductible and when do I need to pay it? Your deductible represents the financial portion of the claim to which you are responsible for. You agree to the deductible amount when you purchase your insurance policy. You may have different deductibles associated with specific coverage. Please check your insurance policy to verify your deductible(s).

Paul was AMAZING! From the minute we stepped foot into the location, he was ready and willing to help. He answered every question honestly, kept us up to date on the repairs and was able to sort out an issue with the rental car. His shop (at an additional fee) even repaired some other items on the car. Truly amazing! Thank You!

DO NOT GO TO RICHMOND HILL LOCATION. Manager, Martin Costa, is rude and does NOT care about the customer. I had to bring my car back because THEIR repair didn't last and my door was getting rusty. My car was NOT ready on time. I had to wait an extra 3 days and they had no intention of telling me. I had to call off the hook to get an answer. Martin repeatedly said to me, "this is at no cost to you". I missed days of work and I was stranded over a weekend, it cost a lot! Rude and inconsiderate. Cannot stand their customer service.

First day of my family's vacation and enroute from Mississauga to Nova Scotia. In the middle of the night we hit a deer, everyone was fine but we had the really uncomfortable experience if leaving our van in a parking lot of an area we weren't familiar with as we continued our vacation with a rental. In a very reasonable time I got a call from Vince, the Manager of this location. Vince spent about half an hour carefully explaining every detail of the repair process including parts and labour. My van was taken there last year with out my knowledge and was sent to action be for I was paid and with out my knowledge no one would help my wife because it was raining she was given 1 hour to get the stuff out of the van this not wright I was still in hospital in Acoma I new nothing of what was going on mr Gordon pratt
