We only hire mechanics with proper licensing, which requires 3 years of school and 1,500 hours of experience. We invest in our people with ongoing training with i-Car, Canada's leading collision repair training organization.
Our satellite locations are drop-off stations that have been created for your convenience. Simply drop off or have your car towed to one of these locations and we'll do the rest! You'll save a lot of money because our towing service brings you directly to our facility. Most towing services will take your car to their lot.
Turpin-Capital Collision centre provides complete collision repairs, mechanical services, auto glass replacement and repair, and complete interior and exterior detail services. Now part of Ottawa's Bemac group, Turpin was purchased along with Capital Collision Centre and Demers Collision. With the three new facilities, we now have a total of 60,000 square feet of space and 5 convenient locations.

We've relied on Bemac for years for dings, fender benders and worse. Always friendly, helpful and professional. They keep their promises. Your insurer may try to steer you to their preferred body shop, but request Bemac if you can. Recently dropped in unannounced for help with an issue that they were able to fix right away. Dropped by with a small, but annoying problem: I couldn’t get my weather-beaten plates off the car to replace them. Not only did they explain potential issues that might occur, they offered to help on the spot.
The friendliness, professionalism, and care—even while doing something that small—was refreshing. That night I told a friend who’d had a minor collision to visit them for the body work. Recommend the same to others.

Unfortunately my car was vandalized with spray paint (could’ve been worse but still an in-convenience none the less) and the shop was able to remove it and clean it up great. It took less than a day and the price was very reasonable- cheaper than the initial quote which was fantastic.

Honestly one of the best garages I’ve been to. My door latch was seized shut and they had it open in less then 10 minutes fixed the problem and showed me the problem. Even went out of his way to try and find me a replacement part for a different problem I was having with my vehicle. I will be recommending them.
