These guys were fantastic. We got a dubious quote from Canadian tire who said our brakes needed changing so went for a second opinion. They told us our brakes were fine but found a broken strut which CT completely missed which could have caused us a huge accident. In short we ended up saving about $800 and fixed the part of our car that was actually in need of attention. Great people in the office and in the garage.

It gives me great joy writing a great review about a colleague (competitor in a way) in the same business as I am. One of their customer had an issue with newly installed air conditioning compressor close to my business which is 350 km's away from Kelowna. She brought her Honda to my business on a recommendation from one of my customers. We diagnosed it and called Kelowna Auto Care who installed it a few months prior. I generally don't leave google reviews but I had to say that this is no doubt the best place in Kelowna. Not only did the staff take care of me, but they went above and beyond. This is the only place I trust my car with in Kelowna, amazing staff, fair prices and as a young women I did not feel like I had been taken advantage of in the slightest. I highly recommend them!

Very very accommodating to our needs, specifically when we needed a last minute mechanic to check our engine light and to do a tire switch. But then to find out that our winter tire was not the right fit for our Dodge Dart. So they went.above and beyond to look and find us set of tires when we couldn't find any, since every store in town is busy. They also found a time and date to install it for us in no time, for our first snow fall was just around the corner. Very happy and pleased! Then just today I called to see if we can have our car serviced again and guess what once again they took us in

I've been dealing with Terry and his team at Kelowna Auto Care for the past year and a half. Being new to the area I asked around and he was personally recommended by a long time customer. From out of province inspections to break-fix and overall maintenance we have dealt with them many times. We were never over-sold and their parts pricing is very reasonable. You can always get a loaner at no charge for any appointment, even for a couple hour job like a tune-up. The work and the price have always been top notch. They do their job right and they don't take forever. They do try to upsell you so make sure if you are on a budget tell them that they can only do what is crucial. They did change a couple things I didn't ask for like the air filter but I did need one anyways but still. They are friendly and professional. They also have a Crysler LeBaron as a courtesy car so if you need a car at least you get to use one!
