Properly maintained brakes will enhance the safety and control of your vehicle, but we must remember, these parts are a wearing part. We recommend that you get your brakes checked every 10,000 kms or 6 months, and in doing this, you will be kept informed of their condition.

Every exhaust system has been engineered to properly allow the gases and fumes from your engine to be cleaned and vented from your vehicle. With the proper position of sensors, catalytic converter and mufflers, everything will run smoothly.
Your vehicles engine is like the heart of your car. It is full of many moving components, both inside and out, and can wear out over time. When these components star to fail, the engine will not run properly, causing damage. If you hear a weird noise, feel a strange sensation, or see any fluid under your car, don't hesitate to bring your car down to get a quick check over, it is worth it!

STAY AWAY EVERYONE!! I brought my car in for maintenance over 5 months ago and paid $2,700 for it. It broke down in under 20 kms and the service and communication has been terrible. No where on my invoice does it say no warranty but now that its broken, they are blowing me off. Their story keeps changing as I have texts from them telling me this would be taken care of. They are not standing behind their work. I have missed job opportunities because of having no vehicle. I am done with this terrible shop and will contacting a lawyer.

Great same day service from City auto repair, I needed my ac repaired in my 2000 Subaru forester, Angus booked me in the same day and Chad did the repairs, I drove away happy with my ac system working. I've been looking for a go to shop to do all my work and I'm happy to say City auto repair is where all my work will be done from now on. Angus, Chad & the City Auto Support Team have been my “Go To” mechanic for all our family auto service requirements for the past several years. Whether it’s for a simple oil change or major repair, they always give our auto’s a complete once over during every visit to alert us to & fix items to avoid costly future repairs. I recently had oil leak problems on my 30 year old classic. Rather than do a costly R & R, they meticulously examined & found 5 or 6 leak points which they independently fixed. I've recently purchase an older BMW, turns out I needed a electric water pump and thermostat replacement. Chad the owner of the shop quoted a very reasonable price to get it replaced. The process took less than a day to finish. I was able to get my car up and running that same day. They do know their stuff on European car, highly recommend to check them out. Better than paying a fortune at the dealership.

The most professional and insightful experience I have had in Kelowna. I can not sing enough praise as a young women with an older car I need to take it in more often that Id like and Angus explained everthing I needed to know about what was wrong, what needed to be fixed before I drove off the lot and what can wait until I have the extra cash. Careful bringing your vehicle here. They stick the (unsupervised) first year apprentices on your vehicle. Rack up those labour hours nice and long with someone that has no clue what they're doing and you get a vehicle back with more issues than before (oh, but you still need to pay for all those labour hours when they let their first year apprentices tinker around until the bill racks up nice and big.
