FOOD POISONING. This place is horrible. I order pizza for my whole family through skip the dishes , I got 2 medium pizzas and wings. When arrived my wife and friend ate some pizza and asked me if I noticed… something wrong with the pizza . I looked at the pizza and it was dough. Currently at this moment my wife is puking and sick as a dog. Tried contacting this exact location and got run arounds saying I cannot contact the store it goes through a main phone line to all locations. Take a look at these photos . This is with cheese taken off. This is so bad I’m sure we will be taking

I ordered pizza, poutine and a caramilk mousse dessert from here for the first time today. After trying to use their online system for delivery, I got to the last page, only to be told that I could no longer… have this delivered, and that it had to be picked up instead. So, I re-ordered through SkipTheDishes, no problem with their services. However, I got a MOLD-INFESTED DESSERT! This obviously makes me question the quality of the other items I ordered and the safety of eating them. Needless to say, I will not be eating from 1 for 1 Pizza again, and I will definitely be spreading the word

The delivery could be on time, with the food hot, and maybe the delivery guy shouldn't call 10 minutes before he arrives to make the customer wait outside. Never using this place again. $10 credit is not going to make up for a $40 loss. Upon complaining here I was told that my issue would be sorted and I never heard from them again. I'm done with this company.

Came to Ottawa for a conference and decided to order some pizza to our Airbnb. For some reason, the online ordering wouldn't take my card (I'm from the U.S.), so I called and the woman who answered was wildly polite and accommodating.
We ordered a large plain pizza (well done) and some curly fries (small). When the food got here, the first thing I noticed was that the "small" curly fries were huge! Good portions on that one. The next is the pizza. Mmmmmm so good! See the pictures. I like a crispier pie (hence getting it well done) and this pizza definitely delivered I have
