Disgusting people. Exactly same experience as other reviews. We stopped to be polite, then couldn't get away. Started by telling my wife she had great skin, then started saying she had bags under her eyes and poking at her nearly touching her eye, then at me. This is during Covid and they didn't even have masks on. She was really upset and I was really angry afterwards, obviously didn't buy anything. Never experienced anything like it before. Absolutely do not believe any of the positive reviews on here - there's no way they are real.

Crooks. Don't go in. I made the mistake. They offered me a product, glue-like texture, the price went from £200 to £65. They showed me pictures of minor celebs... but I felt so pressurised I bought my way out buying that cream for £65. I was very upset afterwards. The cream went straight to the bin. Please avoid them.

Do NOT get tricked into going into this shop like i was yesterday. I was in a hurry to meet someone for lunch but i was still dragged in saying they wanted to give me a sample for my neck and before i knew what was happening the assistant was plastering cream on my neck thereby trapping me in there. Then followed the most aggressive sales technique for creams that cost over £1000. I don't know how i managed it but i got out of there but it felt like i'd been assaulted. It was a thoroughly awful experience and i strongly advise no one to go anywhere this shop. I had to put one star just to post

I spent over 300 pounds on 3 products. They are just OK but what I just discovered that really upset me is the exfoliating cream for face that supposedly remove skin after rubbing your skin. Now that the cream is nearly finished yet discovered it is like a glue texture so after applying it what it comes off is the cream turned into glue looking like skin no your own skin. That was a big lie and I wish I could get my money back. Nothing better like coconut oil. Natural and cheaper. Don't buy from these liers

Its a scam. I went inside the shop as the guy was insisting , he applied 4 different products to my skin and his hands smelled like cigarretes, it was disgusting!
Then he tried to force-sell me the products for a ridiculous ammount of money.
I left as fast as I could. Once I got home my skin was itching and burning - these products couldnt be more packed with all sorts of chemicals. I only use organic products so it was a nasty experience.
Im shocked this is allowed in London streets.
Overall - disgusting experience.

Please do not shop here it is a scam they are all trained to make you buy.
They make you feel ugly then how you how their products can fix it. They use this cream that creates balls when you rub it and claim it is dead skin when really it would have the same affect when rubbed on anything.
Their products are extremely overpriced for the quality, do not be fooled by the employees who try to make you feel special and offer you free facials with your purchase it's all a scam
