It is recommended that you make your appointments at least 1-2 weeks in advance when possible. Many of our technicians are booked from 2-4 weeks in advance. However, we encourage you to check with us when you feel spontaneous - we may have something for you. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time on your first visit.

Ive started coming here for massages and every single visit has been 5 stars! They are so organized and professional from the time I walk in the door until I walk out the door. The massages are such great quality that I cant go anywhere else now!

Since I recently moved to Edmonton, I was looking for a new massage therapist. Crystal was everything and more. Not only did she provide a relaxed atmosphere, but she went above and beyond. Her treatment helped relieve stress on the muscles and she used her experience to help stretch those areas out as well. I highly recommend UR for all your self care needs!
