I bought a Groupon for a massage at this business. The website says "Call or text to book." So, I assumed that meant it was a business phone and all texts would be read within their business hours. I texted at 10:45pm. I received such a RUDE reply... chastising me for texting at "almost midnight." I felt so offended and unwelcome I refunded my Groupon. When I told this person I had cancelled, she said "That's good." Ridiculously rude. Do not have a deal on Groupon if you are totally rude to Groupon customers.

Ruth from Off Whyte Skin Care studio is the only person I ever go to for a Brazilian wax. Why? Because she is not only very thorough, she is also fast and keeps a conversation going so you don't focus so much on the flashes of pain that are inevitable. I've been to other places that were either very slow, or where I left with lots of hairs still visible, and one place where the woman was grabbing my private parts without any regards for the delicate nature of them. Ruth has the perfect combination of speed with great end result and you feel comfortable throughout the experience.
