Once you have completed your selection and want to place your order, simply click 'Check Out'. We're happy to accept your orders by phone. If we're busy making baskets, please leave us a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Yes, for an additional charge rush orders can be placed. All other orders received by 11a.m. will be delivered in metro Vancouver on the next business day. We can include a greeting card with your gift basket or you can supply us with your personalized card. We offer many different containers including baskets, cutting boards, trays, tins, crates and we can customize any container that you request.

Poor customer service; NOT hand delivered as per website, sub-contracted courier knocks and drops without as much as a phone call to recipient. No tracking, no confirmation of delivery. Will definitely not order again. UPDATE: While I gave the wrong address, the residents and recipients know each other. Due to the graciousness of neighbours concerned about porch pirates as per my email today the basket made its way to the recipient. In the same email I stated that recourse on your part is no longer expected. No shakedown here just an honest review where you can make improvements. I emailed 5 days

I've used Unique Gift Baskets many times over the last 3 years and I have had nothing but positive experience from them. They deliver on time, every time and if they have issue contacting the recipient they make a point of contacting the purchaser for other arrangements. Nothing but love for this company.
