Do not rent with this company, they are bias & are slumlords that do not care about their tenants, I rented with them for about a year in an apartment building full of mold, I found a new place and moved most of my stuff out, I was going to put in my 30 days notice to vacate, but got accused of “skipping” just because I moved most of my furniture to the new place, even though I told em I would pay the next months rent, they wouldn’t give me time to clean up and move the rest of my stuff out, instead they gave me a deadline of a week, after asking for more time to clean up and get the rest

If i can give negative score i will, we regret renting at eastgate. No concern on tenant. Had a water leak and they ask us to vacate the place, so we did. And we ask them if they can help us with the expenses because we rented another place since its more that a week now, but we get nothing. They dont even care!!!!

DO NOT RENT with this company.
To start, I found a bed bug, reported it, and was charged for the inspection from their “bug guy” who did an extremely less thorough job then I did. Later I come to find out that the whole building is being inspected for both bed bugs and cockroaches - lesson there, don’t report any bugs if you see them, just wait until the building is infested for the company to still not take it seriously.
My mental health status took a serious hit because of the domestic abuse situations that surrounded me that management did nothing about because “they have kids”

Illegally taking money from us. We used to live in 323 Fines Dr for about a year. The reason why we moved their management system was so bad. We gave noticed to moved out mid April 2021 and we moved out May 30,2021. We are not informed that we need to gave notice to the main office about cancelling the pre authorized debit. On June 1st we were deducted thru pre authorized debit. We called and they told us they will cancel it. And again this July we were still got deducted AGAIN thru pre authorized debit and when we called and informed them the lady we talked was the one who was even mad and RUDE

I had rent an apartment with them i received a one important document on my Appartment address i was literally worried about my documents no body reply me no body received my call i tried to call company the lady she talked with me very bad mannered i don't recommend this Appartment to anyone please be aware. And also i rent appartment it was bad condition not properly manage they give me free laundry but laundry doesn't work and many more problems there.

I am very grateful to this company! I made a mistake with my payments and they were very gracious and were honest enough to return money owed! I enjoyed my stay at their property! They also did not scam with paying back my security deposit, which had been my experience with other property owners! Definitely a great company to deal with!

It was my name on the apartment lease so I don't have the signature on the paper.
But they cut my money without telling me.
Like I told you that day please dispute it with the ort I go off what the manager tells us and info he gives it you were sent papers please file with ort ): lady office told me like this , she has no manner
Also Smith st manager never received my call , not call back , no reply on my messages .
Now I've been trying to call him for the last month.
I have pictures of apartment, Your carpet was dirty in the apartment when we came to make the lease , also took a key .

I believe the picture i'm attaching to this review illustrates what type of Landlords PRInvestments is, and their obvious greed/lack of empathy. Over three million Canadians lost their jobs/income overnight and within a few days they mail every tenant DEMANDING money, in full, and on time before the federal/provincial governments had adequate time to provide people with stimulus/emergency money. Meanwhile, the owners of the company have literally been charged with tax evasion and corruption (very white collar crime).

On move in day, they handed over my apartment to me absolutely filthy! It seemed fine at walk-through but after I started actually moving in and opening cupboards and drawers, there was literally layers of sand in the kitchen cupboards, old garbage and popsicle sticks in the drawers. The cupboards were sticky to touch. Our feet became black from being barefoot on the floor that clearly wasn't washed.
There was a big window that wouldn't close properly and being on the main level, I had asked them multiple times to come fix it as it's a security issue. They showed up after I gave my notice to move

All I can say is do yourself a favor and avoid renting any property from this company. They are extremely dishonest with rental prices (very common for rent to increase by 20-30% with only 1 months notice) Any issues that arise with maitenance, pest control etc are generally not taken at all seriously and given a "we'll get to it when we get to it" kind of attitude. My apartment had a rampart cockroach problem upon moving in, this wasn't told to me during my initial walkthrough (which took place during the day of course with the showing agent already there before I arrived
