Just moved into my first place with Oz and am blown away with how awesome they are. They've been on top of everything, they've been kind, professional, and thorough. ☺️ Excited to see how they continue to be!
It's been 5 months and I'm still blown away by the professionalism and dedication to their renters. If anything goes wrong they're immediately on it and strive to make sure that you have a good experience. Will be renewing with them. Highly recommended!

I was visiting a friend and heard three of the Oz Properties employees bashing on one of the tenants in one of the neighboring units, mentioning ones weight and the fact that they had acquired bedbugs, while bedbugs are gross, yes. They take no time at all to make colonies once they're accidentally brought into a household, there was no reason to bash a person, the one employee said they're trying to clean their place to get them gone and do treatments.

Very disappointed! I am moving to the city and asked to make arrangements to see a property after passing a rigorous back ground check and grueling personal information questions. Only to be informed that the only time they (and a few other property management companies in Regina) will show the property is from 8-4 weekdays. I am sure my new employer will be happy to accommodate a request to leave work early in my 1st week there. I do not live in the city I am 2 hours away so this is proving problematic.

They lied about why they stole my damage as they hate me once they knew who I was(cause of an old friend that lives in one of their buildings said untrue things to hurt me so these liars hated me ever since)but I got proof they lied....the only furniture that I left there was aarons company which they told me they did pick up the one bed set a couch and love seat thats it that was left there but yes aarons told me when they picked them up plus the owner also told methey did picked up the items.......maybe they should tell the truth but not steal damage when I didn't leave any damage as it was not

Very disappointed, had a great time viewing the property i was showed after my application was accepted and willing to pay depost on the spot. was told the house was mine for the taking and they would tell other tenants so, upon calling the office i was told i was 1 of 10 accepted applicants and i would be told if i was picked or not after a day i was told the house was given to a better suited tenant. I think this is totally uncalled for as this would of been first ever house i was very excited in the enitre process. Thanks for the great opportunity 👍

They manage a house next door to me and they do not do a good job. The previous tenants hurt themselves on the deck that needs replacing (falling apart) and should be ashamed at the condition of which they try to rent. People deserve a safe and structurally sound house to rent. It is not the case here! Shall I say it? BEWARE! SLUM LORDS.

We just moved into our 1st place with Oz and we are thrilled with the professionalism and care we are receiving! Every time I call the office I am treated with kindness and not as an inconvenience, and placing a work order was super fast and easy. Kevin with maintenance was AMAZING - gave me ample notice and was super professional while in my suite! Great conversationalist too, and assured me never to hesitate to call if anything needs fixing or we need assistance. We definitely can see ourselves staying with this company for a long time!

My company has worked with Oz Property Management for over a year and we have nothing but positive things to say. A regular comment I hear from their tenants is they have never rented from a company with such quick response times when there are issues to be dealt with. Oz Property Management listens to their tenants and property owners to ensure issues are recognized and corrected as soon as possible.

Extremely disappointing with my experience with Oz. We wanted to work with a property manager in hopes of having a "peace of mind" and someone working for your best interests. Instead, the 3 months of our contract we experienced stress and financial burden. The company unfortunately was not transparent in the fees they were charging (for ex. asking owners to pay so they can send a letter informing tenants of the law change regarding cannabis, charging for a "visit" when they got called out, even though they did not repair anything - in this case, I would have preferred if they called a professional
