Figured someone from this office would’ve contacted me regarding the application form I filled out. Guess following through isn’t a priority in this office. Good to know before I made the mistake of renting from them.

You guys REALLY need to teach the ladies on the phone proper, NICER ways of speaking to and dealing with your tenants, either that or hire nicer people. I know people who rent from you and the way these ladies talk to your tenants is unprofessional, unnecessarily rude and just plain appalling! I would never consider renting from you for this reason alone!

They are honest and try hard to make things right when something goes wrong. They gave all my damage deposit back because we left the place clean and undamaged. If i ever need a place I'll probably call Shawns again.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Absolute horrible company, entered my house on video camera and denied it. Refused my damage deposit and wouldnt provide me with invoices for the "damages"... this company is as shady as they come. Stealing my mail after i leave and not returning to sender etc.. horrible

Absolutely terrible agency. When it was cold during the winter we had +7 in our house. After a number of times asking to fix this issue they never solved it. Also, the agency never followed-up on the washer issue that we had. I made a request to fix it as it was broken but they never came to do that.
Plus, be careful when you sign an agreement with them. The agency does not tell you about all the details in the agreement.
DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

I have rented from company many times over 20 yrs, problems i have had were minor (ie:dryer,etc) were addressed and remedied in a timely manner, was very pleased. Management and staff are knowledgeable and understanding, as i have been grumpy on some of my days as a tenant(unrelated to tenancy)! This did not offend staff, rather they showed compassion ,and have always done their best to accommodate my desired likeness on rental units! other companies i find put on a smile, tell you what you want to hear, act all friendly ....till you sign tenancy agreement, I'm sure people experienced this facade

Great property management company. Very considerate of tenants and their needs. Always ready to work with tenants to solve any problems. They're lenient and not jerks about late rent fees like a lot of property management companies tend to be. Definitely recommended. Very reasonable company.

This is a great company. They take great pride in there work as well as the properties they manage. With this being said, people have to keep in mind they only manage the property, they do not own them and this can sometimes limit them to what can be done around the property as they do not have the final say. I have friends and family that rent from them and have never had any issues with the company. We have also had them manage a property for us and they did a fantastic job👍. All in all, I would definitely recommend them for your next home.
