Stop stop dont go to these guys . They doing fraud there . First they will give u house but when u will move out they will put all expenditures on you. When u will enter the house they do inspection for 15 minutes but when u will move they will do 2 hour of inspection. They will put all blame on you . Be careful guys . I will recommend you find home and basements on Kijiji rather than going to these guys .

Recently I had a good experience with this agency, I have been facing some problems in the property, the manager came and inspected himself, then started working on those problems one by one. Today handyman was at my place and he fixed many things.

Living for few years already in Calgary, having to stay/live in a rental home. First time ever that I encountered a Property Manager that always go over and above his tenants needs and expectations. I'm very disappointed with a Estate View. My wife and I have been renting off of them for over a year. We were never late on our rent, we were not problem tenants, and we maintain the property only to come home to a 90-day eviction notice because the landlord or property owner wants to take possession. We rented this property from a gentleman named Param with him having full knowledge that we intended to stay here until we were financially able to buy. He even said that we would have no worries as long as we paid our rent and cared for the property. It isn't that the homeowner wants to move in

I can't believe I have to deal with this property management company on a regular basis (years) ... The agent I deal with (Raj) answers the phone in the most unprofessional way. Doesn't even get back to me or my family's text's for days or even weeks at times; and when I call him 30mins past his 'business hours', he has the audacity to tell me it's not his 'working time' and to call back later.
He won't even discuss the issue wrong with the property. He would rather argue with me for an hour and explain how he's on 'salary' rather than address the issues at hand. From all the times we've complaint

Me and my husband rented the condo for a year. We highly recommend EstateView especially Raj. He is so helpful and cooperative. We didn’t hv any problem while we were there. All our needs were taken care in less than 24 hours. I would recommend Raj and thank him for being so great.
