We had a problem when placed a hand woven Oriental rug over a wall to wall rug. The Oriental rug kept creeping forming rug waves that we would trip over and it was becoming dangerous for us to walk on. I carefully explained the problem and they recommended a rubber underlay. As soon as I installed it, the rug began creeping again right away. So I called the store and spoke with the same person and her suggestion to solve the problem was not to use our Oriental rug at all. So we asked if we could return the $100 underlay and she says no as we had trimmed it slightly to fit the rug which I do understand
